MY STYLE x MY LIFE

2nd week working in SISTIC and I'm happy to announce that I don't really dread going to work, which I find it to be a really good thing! though it can be a little stressful at times when handling a new "case" or difficult customer, but the helpful environment there somehow makes everything less miserable. take for example - encountered an extremely unreasonable customer this week, and after consulting advices from my senior colleague and providing various solutions to the customer, which she obviously rejected, she started raising her tone at me with all her absurd reasons. and upon sensing that i am breaking down mentally, this colleague of me signalled to the duty manager to come to my aid. and after a while, even the manager came and asked if i was feeling alright (really reminds me of my time in singapore flyer). how sweet and yes, i felt very thankful for it. this is what i called teamwork, though i must admit that i did not handle the situation very well as i snapped quite easily - which i hope i can improve on in time to come.

2nd week in hotline, will be undergoing training in box office next week and i am kind of looking forward to it, after all, i have chosen to work in box office instead of call centre. let's hope the people inside box office will be as helpful too!
