A Wizarding Christmas at Changi Airport

Changi Airport never fails to have special decorations each year to celebrate christmas - visited the Hello Kitty setup last year with mom and I was fortunate enough to have a bunch of pottermore fans to accompany me to the Harry Potter setup this year!

But, I personally feel that the Hello Kitty setup last year was more satisfactory. Probably because the setup this year were mostly made up of cupboards and the visuals were pretty much, 2D. And to add on to that, the snow and light show was a major disappointment. Stayed till 9pm after dinner to catch the last show of the day only to realise that the 'snow' only lasted for less than a minute, perhaps maybe only 30sec? But to make up for that, they do have a game corner at the Diagon Alley where you can either get a feeling of being the next Harry Potter (by playing the games) or choose a secret gift. That is probably the only plus point. Oh, and not forgetting the cute plushie merchandise!

Well, if you have a bunch of friends who are crazy over Harry Potter and are willing to pose for any shots at the various photo booths, you should head down to Changi airport. On the other hand, if you only want to have a shot of you, and only YOU, with the displays, well, you can very much forget about it cause it is kind of impossible.
